April's second release is the everything-else release: the features that make Garage131 feel like a team tool instead of a personal notebook.

In this release: reminders and notifications, a machine timeline, shopping lists, sharing machines with other organizations, calendar feeds, reservation reports, an audit log, and a workspace switcher.

What's New

Reminders and notifications

Set a reminder on a machine and Garage131 nudges you in the app and by email when it comes due. Each machine also gets a timeline that pulls services, fuel, and reservations into one running story.

Shopping lists

Build a list of what a machine needs — the filter, the oil, the grease gun tip — and keep it where you'll actually see it. Each list is private, shared with your organization, or public with a link anyone can open, so a list can go to a teammate or straight to the parts counter.

Share a machine with another organization

Let a sister company, a shop, or a friend with their own account collaborate on a machine. Grant access, see every machine shared with you in one list, and a banner tells you when you're looking at someone else's machine.

Calendar feeds

Subscribe to your reservations from any calendar app that supports iCal subscriptions, using a private feed link. The link is shown once when it's created, so copy it right away.

Reservation reports

Utilization, activity, and incident reports for your reservable vehicles, with CSV export for the spreadsheet people.

An audit log for admins

Organization admins get an audit log of who changed what and when.

Print or save a service record

Service records now have a print preview, with a Save-as-PDF option for the paper-averse.
