Garage131 is used by two very different people: someone with two vehicles in the driveway, and someone running trucks, mowers, and trimmers with a crew. This release starts letting the app fit each of them, instead of asking either to squint.

In this release: preferences that sync across your devices, on/off switches for whole feature areas, a photo gallery, simpler organization roles, and a fix for slow first loads.

What's New

Preferences that follow you

Choose what you see: which fields show on machines and services (or auto-hide the empty ones), whether the menu closes when you tap outside it, whether public parts are shown, and which page you land on after signing in. Preferences are saved to your account, so they follow you from your phone to your laptop. Organizations can also set their own machine-type suggestions, starting from a preset such as IT Assets, Powersports Rental, or Kitchen & Facilities.

Turn features on or off for your organization

Reservations (VRS), maintenance tracking, and sharing each have two switches now: whether your plan includes the feature, and whether your organization has it turned on. Turn off what your crew doesn't use and the app stops showing it.

A photo gallery for every machine

Click a machine's profile picture to open its full photo gallery and page through the shots, without leaving the screen you're on.

Simpler organization roles

We consolidated overlapping organization roles into a simpler set, so “who can do what” is easier to read at a glance.
